  Happy with the service just wish it wasn’t a 5 minute delay on videos

  This app needs to be updated. We have to manually go through each video to delete it, in order to free up space instead of it deleting the oldest video to free space. Then it want record once you free the space you have to rest the entire video setting.

• Works for commands, but never syncs 3/5

  You can send commands, but you will never know whether or not your door is actually locked or your alarm is actually armed. I just have to unlock/disarm and the re-lock/arm immediately after to be sure or use the scenes. Tried calling ADT and they suggested it’s my WiFi issue..but this is only device in the house that we have issues with.

  This app needs a silent disarm. The disarming process is too noisy on the wall mount. The silent arm is fantastic.It seems that if you can develop a silent “arm” process that you should be able to develop a silent “disarm” process?

• Doorbell video 1/5

  The lag time is so slow the person would have broken in, taken everything and been halfway around the world before I even get the notification. The video is terrible and pauses where I can’t even see who’s at my door. I wouldn’t recommend ADT or their terrible service/equipment.

  Since upgraded to ios13, most siri shortcuts come back with “there is a problem with the app” when will you update the app to correctly support ios13?

• Downgrade from Pulse System! 1/5

  I just recently upgraded from the pulse system to the control system and it’s not user friendly with adding Z waze devices. They don’t support Nest Or Ring devices now forcing you to purchase other devices that operate exactly the same. I been with Adt for 7 years and I am very disappointed with this system and will be asking them to reverse back to pulse system. System doesn’t even have automation functions smh

  When motion is detected is not in real-time it is always recorded. By the time I download into the app the motion has already taken place.

  Moved to a new house and from ADT Pulse to ADT Control. While I was informed that it worked with Z-Wave devices, I was not told I could not add them myself. Major letdown. The app, while functional, lacks many of the features of the Pulse app. If things don’t improve quickly (mostly the ability to add Z-Wave devices by myself) I’ll ask for a refund before my 6 months are up.

  Recommend ADT to anyone I know along with this app, it’s easy to understand I can see both cameras in front and back of my house. Sometimes it loads slowly but that’s not at fault of the application.only thing I would change is viewing the front RING doorbell without having to call it. What’s if I have someone arriving to my home with a restraining order? I don’t want them to hear me on the voice com the front camera has. Regardless I would still recommend excited to feel safe while sleeping/gone again

  Too much delay in receiving a notice of a recorded event, and actually getting to view it from the app. Usually have to wait 15-20 minutes to view. Either the app is problematic, or the ADT system is crappy.

  This app is a joke. It keeps showing wrong status. I am unable to arm the system remotely because even when the system is disarmed it’s status continues to show as “Armed Stay” making it impossible to arm the system remotely.

• Going from Pulse to this! Really? 1/5

  Pulse actually worked and the user had the ability to add equipment and it was user friendly. Fast forward to progress and you must call to add items and it’s a crap shoot if they work. I have over $1,000 in cameras that do not work with the new system. In the process of finding a new security company so I can dump ADT. Been with them over 12 years and expected much more. Shop around!

  Ever sinceI have gotten the camera added to the app I can’t find where my open and close garage button is. Not very helpful on the app. Good for arming and disarming but that’s it.

  I have used ADT for years and have no complaints. The new Control system is wireless. It easy for me to add or remove employees as users quickly. If I have any issues the ADT staff is only a phone call away.

  This is not as good as ring it doesn’t save video automatically. takes too long to load for doorbell. App is too complicated. With digital life I could set alarm to stay every night at ten this does not.

  I loved the fact that I was able to set the notifications to where each child had their own passcode to where I can see when they individually got home. I was able to see who disarmed and armed the alarm. NOW IT NO LONGER DOES IT,ALSO IT GIVES FALSE SETTING. It would say the alarm was disarmed when it was armed and vice versa

  Had a home invasion 2 days prior to calling an getting my entire home hooked up, this app is perfect to any life style. One main (new) function is ingenious in the app! I’ll let you figure out what it is. Easy to use even for a child.

  Just had the new command system installed yesterday and already the mobile app won’t work correctly. Shows disarmed when armed, and when try rearm again, it just gets stuck saying arming, even after panel says armed.
