Thanks but my wizard is saying.cannot install hardwarethere was a problem installing this hardware for NOKIA N95 8GB USB phone parent.something simple to do has turn out to be a hard.my phone came with the ovi suite dvd rom but im not sure if this is the cd for my phone nothing seems to be working.i downloaded the software N95 8BG from the nokia site to my computer but when i go to plugin my usb into my phone i click pc suit then the wizard pops up and tells me the ubove problem.i have windows xp. Nokia n95 8gb replacement parts. As not familiar with Ovi Suite all I can suggest is you check settingsto ensure it's set up properly, or even try a complete uninstall and then clean install using fresh setup files.Windows should find drivers for phone when connected as mass storage device (ie. Ovi Suite for N95 8GB here: should detect phone when connected in suite mode. Data transfer). I've never had a problem with NSeries PC Suite I use, which I've noticed has been superceded by Ovi.
