How to Download Adobe Reader on Android?
Step 1. Download and install the software on your computer. Then connect your Android phone to the computer via USB cable. Next, you need to follow the steps below to enable USB debugging, otherwise the software won't detect your device. (But if you did this before, you have no needs to do it again, just skip the step.)
1) For Android 2.3 or earlier: Enter 'Settings' < Click 'Applications' < Click 'Development' < Check 'USB debugging'.
